Al Dolce Forno was founded in 1966. At the beginning it was only a small traditionally bakery, but as the years passed, the family owner has specialized their products. The family choose personally the quality of the ingredients avoiding any preservatives. They make refreshments (party) for any kind of ceremony.
BAKERY Every day bisides our production of tuscan bead (made with natural yeast) we make other kind of bread the so called our specials as: the hand made grissino (bread-stick) and the Biove (bread of Pidmont), the French Baguette, the Bavarium rye bread and many others. We also make spect wheath bread, sweet-corn bread, oat bread, 8 cereals bread and a special bread good for the intestinal, bacterial flora.
PASTRY SHOP We offer daily production of pastries, cakes, cookies, chocolates and bakery products. Besides we make fresh fruit jom, flower jom (rose, sweet violet, mallow) and herb (mint, thime). Condied fruit Marroni del Mugello (Mugello chestnut) and melon are also our speciality.
WINE SHOP / GASTRONOMY At Dolce Forno offers a vost choise of the best national and foreign cheese Tuscan salumi (salted pork meats); regional speciality Pasta fresca and a good selection of cooked vegetable and startes.
